| 我原來好耐都無寫過xanga.... 對上一次o係BV俾人推左上去做Hardline Leader...... 事隔差唔多一年, 我已經去左對頭公司啦......
過左黎蛇記都成5個月啦, 本來我只係做下Organic Lab, 再唔係一條line既 leader, 但奇怪地做左三個月, 我又被人調返過辦房做supervisor..... 比起以前只係睇一條Team更加有挑戰性. 以前成條Team只係得7個人, 呢家有50+人, 都真係幾吃力!
五天工作11月就行, 近排D高層成日話D job要24小時內出辦房, 講就易, 但有無諗過可唔可行呢? 之前只係話達到90%就OK, 但最近就話要99%. 我睇返之前既數據, 辦房頂多做到40幾% 24小時TAT, o係無expansion既條件下, 點可以由40%上到去99%? 請多多人俾我都無用, equipment唔夠難度唔係一個問題? 而我做到既最好成績只係70幾%...
問題二: 辦房唔係24小時運作, 咁D job入黎24小時要點計先合理?
問題三: 入辦9點後先係cut off time, 但9點3D人都放工啦, 真係log-in完既辦起碼9點半先入到黎, 咁9點後入既job又點計24小時呢?
問題四: 入左黎既job有問題要clarify, 又或者辦量根本唔夠去做Test, o係clarifying or sample replenishment既過程又點去計24小時呢?
未有人正面回答過呢四個問題, 其實仲有好多問題都contradict呢個1日TAT policy.......
就係好一個五天工作制, 一連串膠措施都一齊執行.... 講真, 由呢個五天工作制announce到呢家, 士氣就一直低落; 由呢個1日TAT開始執行, 就連同一個BU既都不停瀉鑊... 真係不知所謂....
我呢家要做既除左盡可能行1日TAT外, internal quality我都要control, 咪做得快, 做錯曬就無意義啦! 每日我都日gather以往既Data睇返D人錯咩多, 再去做一D Summary俾D同事跟, 同時又要同其他department既人 align返個practice. 與其張個波瀉黎瀉去, 倒不如做D野去解決問題, 其實就算俾你瀉到又如何? 損失咪又係自己公司.... 不過呢間公司既人都係膠做既多, 好在我係舊公司都應付過唔少呢D咁既人...

| It has been a long time(?) since the last time I updated my xanga. I really do feel like writing about this week. It has been a disaster at my work. Venus was on leave and I was the one to in charge. I wouldn't say the workload has increased if everything in my area remain unchanged...... Yet, changes started on Monday!
Although the work flow did change on Monday, I fought back (if you know me well, I would never refrain from pointing out every single fault to any senior stuff), showing data of how this stupid new flow would cause problems...... and to my surprised, everything came back to normal on Wednesday....  . I wonder how high management makes plan in the first place. They just want to achieve what they could think of from their ass without doing any research. Trial? PLEASE! maths can't support everything! I just can't believe those Drs. want to apply this superficial flow to our area without any logical support.
Naive, you would say, but I know very clearly what I am doing! As a scientist, I am prepared to take any challenge whenever I show the data I have in hand. Just please ask intelligent question.
